I am a Canadian artist whose work explores the quiet connection between women, nature, and the inner landscape of the spirit. Through acrylic paintings inspired by birds, flowers, water, wildlife, and the feminine experience, I create dreamlike worlds that invite reflection, wonder, and a sense of possibility.

My artistic journey began through studies at OCAD University and the Dundas Valley School of Art, but my greatest inspiration continues to come from the natural world and the moments of stillness that often go unnoticed. Whether painting a woman accompanied by a bird, a mermaid drifting through imagined waters, or a figure surrounded by wildflowers and light, I am drawn to themes of resilience, transformation, hope, and belonging.

Working primarily in acrylic, I combine symbolic imagery with a contemporary figurative style, allowing each painting to tell its own quiet story. I hope my work offers viewers a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with something gentle, meaningful, and deeply human.

When I am not painting, I teach yoga, spend time along the shores of Lake Huron, wander the forests and trails of Elora, and travel to places that spark my imagination. Whether close to home or exploring new landscapes, I am continually inspired by the beauty, rhythm, and quiet wisdom of the natural world. These experiences find their way into my paintings, shaping the stories, symbols, and sense of wonder that run throughout my work.
